With over 45 years of managing residential properties, Solana’s founders understood that great residential management begins with understanding people and their lifestyle needs.
Beginning in 1973 offering housing solutions to the expatriate communities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Al Saleh family always understood that with growth comes greater value and experience offering for the residents of their properties.
Led by Jamil Al Saleh, Solana Founder & CEO, the family’s business expanded across Saudi Arabia in 1996 growing their property portfolio, in 2012, to managing properties with 100+ keys, growing their total portfolio to over 2,000+ keys under management.
With over 20 years of professional financial, real estate development, investment & asset management experience, and after leaving King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in 2020 where he led as the Property Management Director, Jamil Al Saleh realized that technology & experience design are the answers to ensuring efficient response and management of residents, along with a new brand experience that elevates the desired lifestyle image of their family business & portfolio, hence, Solana was born.
